Our relationship with our self, how we treat our bodies, how we think, how we manage our stress  – has a direct relationship with how we deal and cope with our world at large.
When we take responsibility for our well-being, and work with our negative thougths and behaviors,  we can become more proactive and solution focused in these challenging and difficult times.

We need to learn to be present from the inside and then be a calm presence in the world, starting from a place of love, versus a place of fear.  We can do that through meditation practice, being in touch with nature, fueling our bodies with hearlthy foods, and regular exercise.
