We are often unconsious, having hidden feelings of fear, doubt, insecurity and self-loathing which create our suffering. We use our addictions as a way to find some relief from the feelings of pain and failure.
Learn to navigate the speed bumps in life: the frustrations, irritations, worries and self-doubt, and get on the highway that includes love, joy, peace and forgiveness.
We will learn tools and techniques to unhook from unhealthy, destructive patterns and rewire our brain.
This workshop will borrow from the wisdom of steps one through seven of the 12-step model of recovery, in a supportive and safe environment.
