Practice Safe Stress
Burnout is the gradual process by which a person, in response to prolonged stress and physical, mental and emotional strain, detaches from work and other meaningful relationships.
Learn to apply life practices to decrease burnout which integrate findings, insights and strategies in personal growth philosophies, body/mind medicine, health psychology and biofeedback.
Participants will be able to apply breathing techniques, “Just Be” meditation and movement, which increase strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. The focus is on motivation and information needed to increase overall health and well-being.
