Participants will be able to apply breathing techniques, “Just B” meditation and movement, which increases strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. The focus is on motivation and information needed to increase overall health and well-being.
Research has shown that the constructs of the mind dictate the body’s response. Learning the tools of relaxation and visualization allows us to connect with the subtle energies of the body and access “knowing and creating.” This opens a greater depth of realization through the spiritual senses — the eyes of the heart.
