You ARE what you eat. Are you fast, cheap, and easy? Then don’t eat junk food. Our modern lifestyle has often thrown us off the right track. When we learn to use nature’s resources – whole foods, vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals and other natural bounties we can heal our self. Evidence shows that deviating from a predominantly plant-based diet is a major factor in the development of heart disease, cancer, strokes, arthritis, and many other chronic degenerative diseases. Conversely these plant based foods can aid and enhance the body’s natural healing capacities. Learn about the power of food. Reversing the food pyramid is the key to good health.
